Do you offer customization or personalization?

Yes, for approximately 1% of our specialized orders, we offer custom name additions or specific color tweaks. Since these are bespoke, they are non-returnable and take an additional 5-7 days to process. Please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss custom projects.

Shipping, COD & Tracking

What is the total time from order to delivery?

Dispatch: 3-5 business days (standard) | 7-10 business days (custom).
Transit (India): 3-5 business days post-dispatch.
Total Estimate: Most customers in India receive their shoes within 7-10 days of placing the order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD across India. However, some remote PIN codes may not be serviceable for COD. In such cases, our team will contact you to convert the order to prepaid.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship globally. International transit typically takes 12-15 business days. Customs duties (if any) are to be borne by the customer.

Returns, Exchanges & Quality Control

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day window from delivery for size exchanges or returns due to manufacturing defects. Shoes must be unworn, tags intact, and in the original brand box.

What are the QC parameters for a successful return?

Returns will be rejected if:
1. Soles show scuff marks (please try them on a carpet).
2. Product smells of perfume, sweat, or detergent.
3. The brand box is damaged or taped directly.

These feature a hidden button near the charging port to cycle through colors.
Charging: Use the dual-USB cable provided. Charge for 3 hours for 4-6 hours of light.
Moisture: They are water-resistant but do not submerge them. Keep the charging port dry.
