- Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the longest toe (usually the big toe) with a pen.
- Measure the distance in CM from the wall to the mark.
- Pro Tip: Measure in the evening (feet swell slightly during the day).
- Note: Measure both feet; use the larger measurement.
